As part of the company’s purpose initiative; what does the proposition mean for each one of us, how do we contribute in our individual role to ensure we Formulate Brighter Futures Together?

We discovered each team member had their own unique ‘formula’ for success – a key insight that unlocked the campaign across People, Partners, Planet and Performance. Each word that comprised the strapline would represent an action or ethos that could be applied to all areas of the business.

We met with a number of Formula employees around the world to help tell their story in a way that would give them ownership and promote them to hero status. Taking the time to learn more about each division and discipline enabled us to bring the employees on board in a way that felt much more human and engaging than previous communications.
