Through strategic design and art direction across the UK, Europe and Asia, we helped this €40bn multinational manufacturer of construction and high-performance materials communicate it’s clear and meaningful purpose.

Our research on the organisations employees uncovered the crucial finding that they had a much more emotional relationship with the product and process than expected.

Mining deeper, we discovered each team member had their own unique ‘formula’ for success – a key insight that unlocked the campaign across People, Partners, Planet and Performance. Each word that comprised the strapline would represent an action or ethos that could be applied to all areas of the business.

We met with a number of Formula employees around the world to help tell their story in a way that would give them ownership and promote them to hero status. Taking the time to learn more about each division and discipline enabled us to bring the employees on board in a way that felt much more human and engaging than previous communications.

Since the initiative was launched in 2023, the company’s share price has increased over 50%.
